Cancelation Terms / Prepayment

Prepayment of 10% (for group 30%). In case of cancellation or non-arrival to the reserved room, the prepayment amount is not refundable.For groups, cancellation in 30 days, but withholding 10% of the total amount (penalties), regardless of the term of cancellation

Children under 5 years are free of charge without extra bed. When placing children from 5 to 12 years, the rate for extra places depending on room type and season
